A. No, anyone can use TrophyMode. The interface is simple, not designed to be a technical telemtry tool.Q. How does the free trial work?
A. The free trial is only applicable to the Regular Membership tier. You get 30 days free access before the first subscription payment is due, from then it's recurring monthly.Q. What if we don't have all 3 roles in our team?
A. No problem, the Team Manager role (the master account) can manage permissions so they, or the drive could input into the Mechanic dashboard for example.Q. Who 'owns' the Team account?
A. One Team Manager is the account holder/subscription payer, it's their product to manage, they add/remove Drivers/Mechanics as applicable.Q. How do we add a Driver or Mechanic?
A. Within the Team Manager account, there is a Team ID. This ID can be shared with a Driver/Mechanic who inputs the code when registering, they will then be linked to that single Team.Q. What level of racing is this applicble for?
